Outfit of the Night – black skirt, black boots

Hello everyone! Today’s post is another outfit post, on what I wore for a nice meal out with my boyfriend last night. It’s still cold out, so I wrapped up warm, but still with a slightly dressy vibe to the outfit. I don’t know about you, but I’m so ready for spring and ready to say good bye to winter! I’m already well on my way to planning my spring wardrobe, and I’m so excited to see sunnier, warmer days.

I decided to leave my hair plain after being blow-dried, but decided to have it in a half-up half-down do which I prefer to do when I’m going out for food; there’s nothing worse than getting your hair in your face when you’re trying to eat something messy.

We decided to go to Handmade Burger Co – if you’re up to date with my posts you’ll know that this place is becoming somewhere I’m starting to love and want to return to. I made sure I went for something on the menu that I haven’t tried before; so this time I went for the Greek Pitta rather than a burger like usual. This tasted amazing – the combination of lamb, feta cheese, and mint sauce was perfect. And in the theme of me getting excited for the spring, having lamb was perfect as this is a meat that I tend to have during spring. I was so full after this, much more than I was after the burger’s I’ve tried, so I really felt as though I got more for my money.

I hope that you all enjoyed this post, and thank you so much for reading. Are you ready for the spring?
Shelley x
