Hello everyone! Today’s post is a super exciting one that I really wanted to put together for you guys. This morning my order came for my first ever beauty box, and I was honestly so excited about it that I couldn’t not share it with you all. I went with the lookfantastic beauty box, and this is the June ‘jetsetter’ edition. So let’s take a look at what’s inside…

The first thing that I really liked was the packaging, I really love the orangey colours on the box – it’s just so summery, and the detailing of the little plane honestly made me feel super excited to be jetting off on my holiday in a couple of days. Me choosing to get this beauty box really couldn’t have come at a better time, and I can safely say that there’s products inside that will definitely be coming with me on my trip.
I’m so happy that the box included the July ELLE magazine, I really wasn’t expecting this, but I can’t wait to take it with me and most likely flick through it during my flight.
The box included seven reasonably sized products, that covered various beauty areas. And of course inside the box was just as colourfully wrapped, and well presented.
Cowshed – cow pat moisturising hand cream: I was really impressed at the size of this in comparison to the other products in the box. I always find that you can never really have enough hand moisturiser; it’s something I go through really quickly, and there’s almost always one in my handbag a I’m out and about. This has a really nice, summery, and almost herby scent, and will fit perfectly in my flight bag for touches up as I travel.
NAOBAY oxygenating cream: this moisturizer claims to meet hydration needs for all skin types, and includes ingredients such as organic vegetable oils including almond oil so I can imagine this to be super hydrating. It also claims to provide ‘a makeup base for prolonged wear’ which will be super handy when I’m in the heat as, particularly with me having oily skin, and the last thing I want is my makeup sliding off.
KORES – Bergamot pear showergel: The smell of this showergel is absolutely amazing, the scent of sweet pear really comes through; it just smells summery, and fresh. Although I haven’t yet used it, I can imagine it giving off a really refreshing feel. This showergel also claims to have 87% natural content which can only be a good thing right?! The fact that this is a super small travel size shower gel is perfect for me going away, and will slip into my wash bag nice and easy.
spa magik – beauty balm: I have to admit that this product excited me rather a lot. It’s a ‘hydrating beauty balm to provide a light tinted coverage’, and the instructions state to apply it to a clean face just as you would with an ordinary moisturizer. The concept of this really intrigues me and I can’t wait to try it out, because I know that when I’m in the heat I’m going to want something really light weight on my face. This also has SPF 15 protection.
Tan organic – self tan oil: I was super duper happy to see that there was this tanning oil inside, not only because it’s the one thing I hadn’t yet got in preparation for my holiday; but also because I’m really eager to try out a new type of tanning oil. This tanning oil is certified as organic, and I really love the citrussy scent to it.
Caudalie – eye cream: this is another product that really really excited me, particularly because at the moment I’m actually without an eye cream (oops), so this Caudalie one will certainly come to my rescue. It states to apply it every morning and evening to eye contour, and I’m super excited to give it a try.
Mr Blanc – minty fresh teeth whitening strips: I have to admit, to find this product in the beauty box it really took me by surprise. Teeth whitening products are never really something that I’ve tried before, but I’m looking forward to trying these out and seeing what I think of them. I have to admit, in the summer season when you have that gorgeous golden tan, white teeth is another physical aspect that everyone seems to die for.
So there we have it, that’s everything that was inside this months lookfantastic beauty box. I’m super happy with everything that’s inside it, and I’m just so excited to get using all these products. I hope that you all enjoyed this post!
