It’s almost December, and so I’ve got my hands on my beauty advent calendar just in the nick of time. I’ve been in such a dilemma this year over what beauty advent calendar to go with, but as soon as I discovered Marks and Spencer’s my mind was made up.

This beauty advent calendar is priced at £35 when you spend £35 on either beauty, clothing or home wear at Marks and Spencer, and to say that the products inside are worth £250 I was impressed with the price. Because to be honest, by the time I’ve bought Christmas cards, wrapping paper, and a couple of gifts that’s the £35 benchmark easily met so I saw it as a win win situation.

I of course haven’t opened it up and had a sneak peak, but by looking at what’s included on the back I recognize some brands and products I love, and I’m equally excited to discover the new things to me in there.
I absolutely love the decoration, the red colouring and the fact that it’s shaped as a Christmas tree just couldn’t be more festive. I like that the shape is different to the conventional calendar shape, it’s almost more of a decoration than a calendar if you ask me.
It was a tough decision for me deciding what calendar to go with, especially with it being my first time trying a beauty advent calendar out. The Body Shop, House of Fraser, Makeup Revolution and various others all caught my eyes, but I just felt as though Marks and Spencer’s was amazing value, and as I had a sneak peek on the back as to what was inside I knew I was going to enjoy everything inside.
Have you picked up a beauty advent calendar this year? If so, what did you chose?
