Darker, redder lips are a must for me in Autumn. This year I was on the hunt for a high street lippy for my daily Autumn/Winter lip – and I stumbled across this beauty: the L’oreal Colour Riche Lipstick in the shade Beige A Nu (630).
For under £10 this was definitely something worth purchasing and trying out, and it is now my daily lip. I love the gold packaging to this, it has such a luxurious feel to it, that what I love about L’Oréal; I find their products to have that higher end feel to them whilst still being a high-steet price.
With Omega-3 and Vitamin E formulated in this lipstick it helps keep the lips moisturised, which is so essential for me – I can’t bear the feeling of dry, sore lips. This feels nice and creamy and hasn’t dried my lips at all. I love creamy, moisturising lipsticks and will always favour those over a matte lip so this is the ideal formula for me.
I went for shade Beige A Nu (630) which is the perfect natural, Autumnal shade. While I’d love a bright red for this time of year for a more statement look, this is great for on a daily basis as I keep my makeup as simple and natural as possible.
While the pigmentation seemed absolutely fine to me, what I did notice was that it isn’t very long lasting. I definitely need this in my bag for touch-ups, but since it’s moisturising and feels so nice on the lips I don’t necessarily mind this. It’s great for through the day when I would find myself topping up my lippy anyway, but probably not the best for times when you really need something to last.
What do you think?
