Hello everyone, I hope you’re all well and had a lovely Christmas. After a nice rest, and break from blogging while I enjoyed Christmas, I’m back today with a product review; today putting the spotlight on the EyeWake Collagen Gel. EyeWake are in partnership with Women’s Aid, donating 5% of their profits to Women’s Aid, and you can also donate directly from their site. I think it’s so great to see brands in partnerships with charity’s that make a difference, so when EyeWake contacted me, I was more than happy to try out and review their gel, and spread the word about a great partnership. So, what did I think to the collagen gel?

Suitable for all skin types, the EyeWake collagen gel is a natural, eye gel focussing on reducing dark circles, puffy eyes, and the prevention of wrinkles and ageing. The application is as simple as you can get – just simply apply gently onto the skin to give your eyes an even covering, leave it to sink, and simply let it do its job. I really like the simplicity of the packaging, it’s reflective of how easy this product is to use, yet one that brings various benefits. With the ingredients of: Aqua, Glycerin, Aloe Vera Gel, Sodium Carbonate, Witch Hazel, Rose Flower Water, Vitamin E, Elderflower Extract, Cucumber Extract, Citric Acid, Hydrolysed Collagen, and Phenoxyehanol, it works to rejuvenate, brighten your eye area, leaving it feeling smooth and toned.
I introduce this into my routine when I apply my daily moisturiser – I like to let this all sink into my skin for at least ten minutes before I go in with any makeup. The gel itself feels nice and cooling on the skin, and while it brings the benefits of looking your eyes brighter and more awake, the cooling and refreshing feeling helps them feel it too. Just a small amount goes a long way with this, and it’s so easy to add into your daily skincare routine. After I’ve let this sink in alongside my daily moisturiser my face is ready and prepped for the day – my under eyes have been feeling smoother, more refreshed, and more toned. At such an easy addition to my morning skincare regime, this is something I want to continue using to keep my skin feeling and looking great.
What do you think?
