Six Things I’m Looking Forward To This Spring / Summer

Hello everyone, I hope you’re all well. Now we’re into April, and I’m coming to the end of university, I’m feeling really excited about what I have to look forward to this Spring and Summer. I love writing these reflective type of posts, so I wanted to share with you the six main things I have to look forward to over the next upcoming months.

Finishing my Sociology Degree

I’m almost done with my undergraduate degree in Sociology, I’ve just got two more assignments to hand in at the start of May and it’s completely finished. My time at university has been the quickest three years of my life, and while I’ve enjoyed my course, and all the memories I’ve made throughout my undergraduate degree, I’m excited to have it completed, and to move onto the next step in my life. It’s the final push now, and I’m motivated and excited to get to the finish line.

Family Holiday To Corfu

Just a couple of weeks after my last university deadline, I’m jetting off for a family holiday to Corfu. I’m really excited about this, not only because I’ve never visited Corfu before, but I’m really looking forward to spending some quality time with my family, in a totally relaxed environment, and of course, surrounded by the lovely sun.

Holiday to Kos

In June me and my boyfriend have a week away to Kos booked, which will be a perfect week get away of sun and relaxation. Kos is another Greek island that I haven’t yet visited, so it will be really exciting to visit two new Greek islands this year.

Graduation

In July it will be my official graduation, which is another thing I’m really excited about. It’s the official ceremony that marks the end of my degree, and it will be a special day to remember surrounded by my family. I’ve recently found my graduation dress which I absolutely love – now comes the battle of finding the right shoes and bag to match!

My 21st Birthday

Mid-July this year is mine and my brothers 21st birthday. 21 is the ‘big one’ for me – I never made much of a fuss about my 18th, but my 21st as it marks the same time my degree is finished and I’m graduating feels like a bigger deal. I love having a summer birthday.

Moving Flats

July will also mark me and my boyfriend moving flats again. Moving is always something that excites me. While we don’t yet know the property we’ll be moving to, it’s still something to look forward to as I love moving into somewhere new and making it my own.

What are you looking forward to?
