Attention all fitness lovers – whether you’re a total beginner, or someone who hits the gym regularly, this post is a one for you. At the end of last week, on the 15th I started the Herbalife Nutrition 21 day challenge with Olympic athlete Nile Wilson.
The Herbalife Nutrition Shape Up 21 Day Challenge brings something unique to the fitness mix that can deliver serious improvements to core strength, flexibility and co-ordination as well as a fresh perspective on fitness through the eyes of an Olympian.
The exercises are designed to challenge both mind and body whilst instilling positive habits participants can work into their daily lives moving forward.
The 21 day challenge has consists of daily 15-20 minute workouts, targeting strength and fitness. The programme reflects what Nile believes to be crucial aspects of training, so it covers cardio, handstand practice, full body and core work outs, working on flexibility, and overall working to achieve a healthy mind-set. Completing the challenge is as simple as opening up the Herbalife Nutrition blog wherever you are, and following the videos. I’ve been completing the challenge from the comfort of my home, but you could just as easily fit the challenges in at the gym to complete your workout. The sessions are in a HIIT form which I love, it’s up beat and motivating. Nile takes the lead on the videos, motivating, and pushing you to get though each and every minute of the workout. There’s also modified versions of each exercise demonstrated, so you can tailor each workout to your pace and ability.
Herbalife Nutrition kindly gifted me some of the H24 nutritional products to try. I’ve been loving the protein bars and the nutritional shake mix as they are low fat yet high protein which aligns with my fitness goals. The protein bars have been a yummy snack I like to have pre-workout to give me that needed boost of energy.
