My dream travel destinations.. I’ve never actually compiled a ‘bucket list’ of places I’d like to visit. I’ve had a few ideas fixed in my head of places I’d love to visit, and where I get travel-envy by looking at stunning photos from others who have been there. So, I thought I’d compile a list of 25 places I’d love to visit before I turn 25.
Of course, I don’t see this age as the cut-off by any means, but I, like many others, associate my 20s with freedom, exploring, and making memories. This list may also seem overly ambitious and extensive, but there’s no harm in dreaming and having ideas of places I’d love to explore in mind.
My ideal UK travel destinations relate to your typical city breaks, but also to places where I can enjoy the beautiful countryside that surrounds us. My recent weekend away in the Yorkshire Dales has inspired me to go on more of these type breaks, and see more of what somewhere so close to home has to offer.
Peak District; The Cotswolds; The New Forest; Edinburgh; Liverpool; London; Cambridge
The most of my travel destinations fall within Europe. There are plenty of city breaks I’m longing for, and more stunning sunny locations I want to lie under the sun at.
Rome; Venice; Amsterdam; Copenhagen; Mykonos; Barcelona; Valencia; Paris; Dublin; Berlin; Budapest; St Petersberg; Vienna; Prague; Lisbon; Nice.
Visiting New York City and Chicago may sound like a very cliche answer to places in the states I’d love to visit, but it doesn’t make it any less true. I think both would be fantastic experiences to have.
New York City; Chicago
Have you been to any of these destinations? What’s on your travel bucket list?
